We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and quality. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your piece, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• Custom, engraved, bespoke or made-to-order pieces are strictly non-refundable.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method, less any shipping fees. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges
Size exchanges or alternative items (if available) can be arranged. Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
